General
- This document outlines the Terms and Conditions for all programmes at Élever Badminton (“EB”). Clients should refer to the relevant sections based on their enrolled programme.
- EB reserves the right to review and/or amend any term in these terms and conditions from time to time and with immediate effect, without any prior notice.
Registration
- Slots for the students are only confirmed when payment of the respective training fees has been made.
- Registration is non-transferable and non-refundable
- In the event that the session is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, make-up classes during one of our regular weekend sessions will be offered as a replacement
- Fees paid will have a validity of 2 months from the date of the first session
- All requests for extension with valid reasons will be decided at the sole discretion of Élever Badminton
Regular Classes
- Time slots are subjected to changes due to courts availability.
- Élever Badminton reserves the right to appoint the coach for all sessions
- Messages to indicate for attendance will be released at the 1 week before at around 21:00 hrs on the respective WhatsApp groups and will be on a first-come-first-serve basis
- Students will automatically be placed on a waiting list if the class has been filled
- Élever Badminton reserves the right to terminate a student from any class/programme if he/she, in our sole opinion, is not suitable to continue.
Fees
- All fees paid are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable for other goods or services.
- A one-time membership fee of $28 is payable and non-refundable.
- Membership is considered to have lapsed if the student has confirmed withdrawal, or has not registered for practices for more than one term without a valid reason, subject to approval by EB. The membership fee is applicable for re-registration. This applies to all cases whereby 10 consecutive weeks of practice will be missed, notwithstanding public holidays and closures.
Indemnity
- While reasonable precaution and care will be taken by the coaches to ensure participants’ safety, I understand that my child will be taking part in the regular classes at his/her own risk.
- Élever Badminton will not be held liable for any injury or death or for any property loss or damage my child sustains as a result of his/her participation in the regular classes.
Personal Data Protection Act
- You consent to Élever Badminton collecting, using, disclosing and processing your personal data. By signing up and/or attending our lessons/programmes, you agree to our collection, use and/or disclosure of your personal data to the extent necessary to process your requests and provide you with our services.
- I consent to photographs and videos being taken of me and my child during the training sessions for the purpose of Élever Badminton's marketing and publicity purposes in all forms of media.
