How we handle the personal data you give us, under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
What we collect
When you contact us through this website we collect the name, email address, mobile number and any details you choose to give us about the player — typically their age and preferred training location. We do not ask for, and you should never send us, NRIC numbers.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, to place a player in a suitable class, to administer camps and events, and — where you have separately agreed — to email you when a new camp opens or a new article is published.
Consent and withdrawal
We collect your details only where you have ticked the consent box on a form. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to [data protection contact], and every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link.
Children
Where a player is under 13, we require a parent or guardian to provide the enquiry and the consent on their behalf.
Photographs and media
We photograph camps, classes and events. Images in which a student is identifiable are only published with written consent from a parent or guardian, and consent can be withdrawn at any time by writing to [data protection contact], after which we will remove the image from our website and social channels.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for [retention period] and then deleted. Marketing contacts are retained until you unsubscribe.
