About Hassan
Hassan is a Development Coach at Élever Badminton, bringing 16 years of coaching experience - a journey he turned into his full-time calling in 2023.
Hassan’s love for badminton began at 13, and by 15 he was representing his school. A familiar face on Singapore’s community tournament circuit - including the Cheers, Berita Harian, and Temasya tournaments - he still travels overseas for friendly matches with other clubs and keeps playing competitively to keep up with the modern game. His belief is simple: to coach today’s players well, he must never stop being one.
On court, Hassan is known for his patience and his natural way with kids. His coaching follows a clear progression - basics, consistency, then the extras. He specialises in guiding drills and challenging intermediate players with realistic, match-like training - meeting every student exactly where they are.
Sharing Élever Badminton’s mission of helping every player build strong fundamentals and a lifelong love for the game, Hassan is committed to giving each student the foundation they need to grow - one consistent step at a time.
